You can unlock exclusive charging rates from as little as 27p/kWh if you charge more than 300kWh in a month. That’s at least a 36% discount vs. Pay As You Go rates if you charge over 300kWh per month≥.
Your discount will be shown as a credit on your monthly invoice.

If you charge less than 300kWh per month
If there are some months where you don't need to charge as much, you can still unlock lower charging rates on our 150kW chargers, 20p per kWh less than our Pay As You Go prices. That’s at least 18% discount vs Pay As You Go rates if you charge up to 299.9kWh per month≥.

How to get the new offer
1. Existing Uber driver bp pulse subscriber?
If you are an existing Uber driver bp pulse subscriber, to be eligible for the new offer you need to simply log into your bp pulse x Uber account here and reauthenticate. Any discounts you are eligible for will be automatically applied to your next monthly invoice as a credit. Be sure to use your bp pulse card or the bp pulse app when charging to access the exclusive Uber driver pricing.
2. Brand new to bp pulse?
Sign-up and follow these three steps to access your free subscription and unlock these discounted charging rates:
1. Verify that you are an active Uber driver
2. Create your account with bp pulse
3. Set up your direct debit to complete the subscription
And then wait for your bp pulse card to arrive by post to start charging. These exclusive Uber driver prices are available only when charging with your new bp pulse card or the bp pulse app.
3. Signed up with Uber bp pulse but don’t yet have a subscription set up?
To subscribe, sign into your account here, confirm your postal address and set up your direct debit. We’ll then send your bp pulse card out to you in the post within seven to ten days. Be sure to use your bp pulse card or the bp pulse app when charging to access the exclusive Uber driver pricing.
4. You have an existing personal bp pulse subscription and want to access these Uber benefits:
To access the free subscription and discounted charging rates as an Uber driver, you will need to cancel your existing bp pulse subscription and re-subscribe. To cancel your subscription, open the bp pulse app, click on your profile, then select membership and follow the process to cancel. Alternatively, you can cancel by calling our Customer Care team on 0330 016 5126.
Once you’ve done this, sign-up and register as a new Uber user. We’ll send your new bp pulse card out to you in the post so you can start charging and saving! Use your new card or the bp pulse app to access your special Uber driver rates. You will also need to dispose of your old bp pulse card as you will receive a new one reflecting your discounts once you re-subscribe. Be sure to use your new bp pulse card or the bp pulse app to access the exclusive Uber driver.

FAQs
You can use the bp pulse app to check your monthly usage. Open the app and click Profile then Recent transactions to view your usage.
Because you already have an active subscription with bp pulse, you just need to login and reauthenticate to be enrolled into this new offer. Any discounts you are eligible for will be automatically applied to your next monthly invoice as a credit. Authenticate now.
If you have an active subscription but it is not linked to your Uber account, you will need to cancel and resubscribe to receive the Uber driver benefits. To cancel your subscription, simply open the bp pulse app, click on your profile, then select membership and follow the process to cancel. You will also need to dispose of your current bp card as you will receive a new one reflecting your discounts once you re-subscribe. Alternatively, you can cancel by calling our Customer Care team on 0330 016 5126.
You will receive an invoice from us at the end of each month. This will include a line item titled 'Less Credits Applied', which will show any discounts received that month as part of this offer. Please note, if you have received any other credit from us, this will also be included in this figure.
You won't be able to check your discount midway through a month, or track credits using the bp pulse app - though you can use the app to find charging points on the go and see your charging history.
Cheaper charging rates will automatically apply at the end of each billing cycle, shown as a credit on your invoice.
You'll receive a bill after a full billing cycle, which lasts one month. This includes both the charging you’ve done and credits you’re owed for that cycle. For example, if your subscription starts on 1st November 2023, your billing cycle will end on 31st November 2023. Your bill will then be generated on 1st December 2023 and will include all charging costs and discounts between 1st and 31st November 2023.
Charging on all paid-for bp pulse chargers is included in this offer. kWh charged at free vend locations, bp pulse chargers outside of the UK, or third-party chargers, will not contribute towards total kWh.
There is a maximum of £600 worth of credits that can be applied in a single billing cycle.
*Offer is available for an initial period from 28 November 2023 to 30 April 2024 and may be extended by us; any changes will be communicated with you ahead of it taking effect. Rates are applicable when payments are made directly with a bp pulse card or via the bp pulse app. This offer only relates to the bp pulse owned network and does not include bp pulse charge points outside of the UK, free vend or third-party chargers. Discounts will be applied against your account in the form of an equivalent credit against usual charge rates. Charging monthly period is the same as your current billing cycle.
